This policy describes how Orovida (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use orovida.io and our services.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, hashed password.
• Website data you connect: URLs, CMS credentials, niche, content history.
• Search Console data we sync on your behalf with your consent.
• Billing information processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers.
• Product usage and error telemetry to improve the service.

How we use it

• Provide and improve the content automation service.
• Generate, optimise, and publish content to the CMSes you connect.
• Send transactional emails (publishes, billing, security).
• Detect and prevent abuse of the platform.

How we store it

Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) within EU and US regions, encrypted at rest and in transit. CMS credentials are stored encrypted server-side. Stripe handles all payment data.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with sub-processors required to operate the service: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI content generation), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), and Google (Search Console API, when you connect it).

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing hello@orovida.io. We will respond within 30 days.
